We have been renting with Public Storage for almost a year and a half. Our rent was going up and we were looking to downsize. I reserved a smaller unit online and Debbie followed up with a phone call. I mentioned we had been in a couple of weeks earlier to see a smaller unit and told her where our current unit was located. I asked if we could get the smaller unit as close as possible to our current unit. Move in day she surprised us with a unit directly across from the current one which was a Godsend. The only downside was that even though we had started a new contract for the smaller unit the special online incentive of the first month for $1 would not be honored because we already had a unit. I did not understand why this would be since we were not transferring but starting another new contract. The last month was not pro-rated either. So that part didn't set well with me but last time and this time the personnel was helpful and friendly and the location is convenient.

The manager, Debbie, was very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and completely fenced in with barbed wire along the top. The hours available to clients are very convenient. I would definitely recommend this Public Storage to my friends and family.

I was upset with the fact that I am all the way in the back. As a single young female, I don't feel safe going all the way to the back for my personal storage unit. The customer service was amazing, though. They were very quick with the renting process, and they were very polite.

Hi. When we arrived at the site where I reserved our unit, the young woman who greeted us was very cheerful and delightful. She showed us the unit we reserved to ensure it would fit our needs, explained everything to us from the payment schedule to the insurance we needed for the unit. She explained each paper we needed to sign, made sure we had access codes for each person who would be accessing the unit, and asked if we had any questions through each step and when finishing up. Our experience was a very good one and much appreciated due to the stress of the move from one state to another and storing items until we are able to find a bigger place. Thank you so much!
