Today was my first encounter at Public Storage. Mrs. Brenda was such a kind, helpful and generous woman! She made us feel open to asking questions....oppose to waiting, visiting other storage places or returning on another day to make our decisions. Our company decided to rent our storage unit on today. Thanks again Mrs. Brenda for being a dynamic woman whose spirit is warm, thoughtful and pleasant.

Customer service was great! The facility was very well kept and clean. The only place I can see room for improvement is that the big windows in the office need those pull down shades. The sun beating down made the office very warm - I can't imagine what it's like for the desk person in the summer.

This is my 1st time using Public Storage. I haven't had any bad experience so far. The property manager very nice and answered all of my questions. It is a slight smell on the 1st floor good thing my space is on another floor. For the most part clean and safe well lit. Would be nice if they had signs to indicate where your space was like 235-249 this way. Working process with this storage place but I have had no issues so far it only been a week. They asked me to do a review so I did. My honest but I would recommend to my friends and family.

I signed for the insurance because I wasn't sure if my renters insurance covered it. When I found out that it did it was quit difficult to remove public storage insurance. It's the only thing you cannot do from the website. They want you physically come in and sign another piece of paper.
