Very convenient and price is right. But itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not super duper clean though. Just keep in mind itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not a climate controlled facility.

Great price reserved from sparefoot. The location is convenient. Cleanliness is acceptable. Processing is very quick and paperless.

I did the initial reservation on line and followed up by going to the office. Everything went smoothly. The woman, Delene, who took care of me was very pleasant and helpful and efficient.

Rental process was made extremely easy by Lynn! She helped me throughout the process in an efficient timely manner and took care of my storage needs at a fantastic price! Highly would recommend Public Storage.

I am giving a three star because I have had AMAZING service by RACHEL, and good service by Michael,but I've been using Public Storage for a few months now, and service by oth ers has been inconsistent. In the beginning they quoted me one price, and then when I got there charged me another, and it took multiple phone calls to correct the issue, and then my assumption was that the price would continue over the months I rented, no, it has continued to increase every month. But the front desk staff are great, and as I said, Rachel is amazing.

Very pleased they treated me with kindness and respect. The storage clean and good prices.

When I moved to VA this is the place I went to. A year later I am back, why? Their customer service is great, Ashley (the 1st time) and Rachel (helped this time). Both are wonderful. I do have a recomendation to sales manager .. should think about adding a moving storage service. Something to thinking about management.

Made a reservation online and went in the next day to sign the paperwork. Very easy process and Ebony was excellent in making sure all my questions were answered. The facility felt very secure and I'm comfortable storing my belongings here.

Ashley & Ebony both were terrific. Their knowledge of what size space I needed was outstanding. They were both very friendly and easy to talk to. The spaces were clean and neat. I didn't mind putting my items in them.

Quick and easy when setting everything up. Better rate than most everyone out there. Courteous staff, clean building, etc.

Can't get any better customer care elsewhere!! The staff are genuinely passionate in taking care of both current and new customers. I had been in an emergency situation and needed a unit asap! Unfortunately it was 5-10 until office hours closed before I had called and yet they were able to get me processed and made sure I was taken care of. Without disturbing or blocking other clients, I was able to do minor shop work as it had almost been my garage away from my apartment home so respect went both ways :))
