I found the place to be extremely clean; the manager VERY friendly, welcoming, professional, & informative; and the ease of access to my unit (passcode, parking lot access, ramp, elevators, & carts) to be excellent. The only issue I had is that they advertise their trucks as "FREE" when you rent from them. This is NOT true. There is a $10. admin fee, a $100. refundable deposit (which I understand), and $.79 per mile charge after the first 50 miles. I'm disappointed at how costly the unit is after the first month's promotional period...it's not $62.90 as there is a mandatory fee for insurance. There are different levels of coverage, but even the cheapest one greatly raises the cost of the unit rented.

I would highly recommend Cube Smart to anyone looking for the best storage facility.

5'x5'	Small (25 square feet) The size of a small closet. Good for chairs, cabinets, electronics, boxes.
5'x10'	Small (50 square feet) The size of a large walk-in closet. Good for a mattress set, couch, dining room tables, chairs, boxes.
5'x15'	Small (75 square feet) The size of a small bedroom. Good for large dining sets, desks, cabinets, mattress sets, washer/dryer.
10'x10'	Medium (100 square feet) The size of a large bedroom. Good for bedroom sets, refrigerator, large drawers, multiple boxes.
10'x15'	Medium (150 square feet) The size of a small one car garage. Good for multiple bedroom sets, large appliances, smaller cars, boats, other vehicles, patio sets.
