easy online rental. very clean storage unit

Great customer service! Everything was presented very clear and very concise and with genuine want to support and help. The only recommendation that I have is that there are more lights in this exterior of the storage units at night since it is open until 10 PM. Units and facilities is clean.

The location is nice, the appearance is the nicest I've seen of any storage unit facility, location is great for me, my only issue is the hours to access the storage unit. I'd rather have 24hr access or at least earlier/later access. There's no management or security personnel on site so I don't see why they couldn't have it 24 hr being it's all automated.

Personnel are knowledgeable, facilities are well kept but the main storage units are about 1 mile away from the offices. Overall, service was very positive.
