Moved to Prime Storage after I had to leave another for a terrible experience. Prime was so much easier and flexible. Will use again.

Check in was easy on the phone. I wasn't given a passcode. I called the office and when I asked to get a code the man said nothing, put me on hold, and finally someone remote answered ang gave me a temporary passcode. I was told I would be called later in the day with a permanent code. It's been 4 days and no call.

I moved over Labor Day weekend once the holiday was over things went smooth when I went into the office .the online service was confusing some of the info I needed wasn't told to me so it was stressful.but I understand now why it was not handle correctly.
