Our customer service agent went over and above making sure we understood everything. She was kind enough to bring us bottles of water for us and our two little doggies!

was a last min decision to rent a storage at this location in preparation for a full college move in, in Aug. I was able to get some things there to VA ahead of time as we were driving in for orientation anyway. This location was a short 10min drive from the campus, was exactly what we needed, and in securing the reservation online only a few days before leaving - I was called with the info, we worked out all the rental details and payment info over the phone so was all set before I even left here. The customer service was outstanding and we were also left a new lock to use as well as other welcome items. A very good experience in all and would definitely not hesitate to recommend.
