Lady working front desk was very helpful and unit was clean. The $ 29 fee that's non-refundable was absolutely uncalled for but it's a business and you want their service so you pay it. The size of the unit for not being climate controlled was expensive however they were the only one's that were available in the area when I needed it. So I over paid but got in that day.

I set up and reserved my unit online. Everything went smoothly. I was going to be arriving after hours to.move in, so they put a welcome bag for me in the unit which included a lock and sent me the info I needed to get into the lot and to find my unit. It was a very nice experience. Thank you, CubeSmart.
