This facility actually has a daytime staff that is rare among modern storage facilities. Very helpful and courteous staff with excellent customer service. Prices are better than most for the condition of the new units. Location is just off of I-81 and very convenient especially for larger vehicles that are limited in turn radius. Highly recommended.

Went to rent a storage unit on a Saturday they was closed because it was a holiday weekend called the customer service number and she walked me thru everything over the phone very helpful very professional
