Customer service was amazing (informative) Storage unit is clean and affordable. Everything was easy and paperless.

I've rented storage before, but this experience was much better. First impressions count. After making my reservation to look at the space, I got a call from a staff member to verify the reservation and ask if I needed anything before my appointment. Staff was friendly and professional, location was very clean and well lit. No sign of bugs or rodents.

The employee drove us around to look at available units closer to the entrance. Received excellent service...great overall expwriencr!

After making my online reservation, I was immediately contacted by a representative at the location who gave me accurate responses to the inquiries I made. Upon my arrival, he was very professional and knowledgeable of the policies. The facility is newly built and very clean. I also believe the location is very secure, I have no qualms about using this storage space for the period of time Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll need to. I highly recommend their services.

I've never had a storage rental before but the associate made the process very informative, quick, and easy. Access is off of a secondary road with little to no traffic so its easy to get in and out of the gate entry. Their pad locks are a little pricey so buy your own at Harbor Freight or Walmart to save a few bucks. All-in-all a very easy and good experience.
