The facility is very clean and easy to get in and out of. The staff (BOB) is very professional and nice. He took his time to explain everything to me and even walked me through the process of using the code, location of storage unit, how the lock operates, and location of elevator and how to exit. All the help was needed and appreciated. Thank you again
