When we went to the location we were greeted and the paperwork started shortly after, we were shown the unit and by the time we were back to the office everything was ready to sign. I love when things are quick and easy. Every document was explained and a map was also provided on where our unit was, along with the gate codes. Good job mini u store crew!

Great communication before and during move in.

Made a reservation on a Tuesday and sent insurance paperwork over for unit A2099.Initial gentleman was very polite, courteous, and professional. I Came in on Wednesday and spoke with Candy who claims she's worked there for 16 years. She informed me that the price would change after a month or 3 months which prompted me to start asking questions. She became frustrated with my line of questioning in regards to the price change reiterating that it's a month to month lease and that the price is subject to change. I specifically asked how much it was going to change but she couldn't give me a definitive answer and stated that because I went through a third party I didn't get that information at the time of reservation. I asked if there was a regional office number I could get after we finish the move in process and she said there is no regional office number. After a brief pause she asked me if there was a reason I was asking for the contac information for, "regional" and I told her that it's because it wasn't mentioned to me that the price was going to change. She then stated that in 16 years she's never had to refuse service to a storage customer. I asked if she was considering refusing service to me and if she was I would need regional office number and she corrected me saying, "It's corporate not regional!". She was acting unprofessionally and stated that she would get corporate on the phone. She waited on hold and I waited patiently but no one answered. She stated that she was going to continue with the reservation and I asked her why she was considering refusing service. She said that I was being mean and I asked her to give an example of how or when I was mean in the brief period of time I was there. She couldn't think of anything and got an attitude and demanded my address in a frustrated tone. I started telling her my address but her tone and attitude were still present so I asked for her corporate information and to return my insurance information.

Mini U storage was user friendly and made the moving experience easy and quick for me.

Really good from the standpoint that the ceilings are VERY high. You don't have to worry about girth. Manager explained terms a little too rapidly. Numbering system is goofed up; had to seek help to find my unit as a result. An unexplained "administrative fee" nearly completely wiped out the 1/2 off opening month discount.

My appointment for the rental truck was at 8, but the guy was late to work. I had to sign new paperwork for the storage unit as well and tour the storage unit that I was being offered. This took nearly an hour from my reservation. Luckily, I made it within the period of time to return the truck. Other than that, no other issues.

Moved in and it was exactly what we needed, and not too expensive.

Paperwork was done in a timely manner. We were whisked off to the actual unit on a golf cart and given our access code. The office was clean. The storage unit was clean and had a couple of sizable shelves within for our use. The bathroom was clean. I really can't say anything bad about the place. I highly recommend it!!

Storage unit is what a storage unit is. Smaller facility. Calls to schedule a reservation were great. Upon arrival for truck pickup though there was great confusion with the representatives. Making the truck over a half hour late to the move site. Which meant we were unable to return the truck on time. We were able to clear everything up the day after when we returned the truck. And they did end up giving us a small price break for the confusion. Overall, we're happy so far. But, it did make moving day rather stressful.

The units I rented were clean and trouble free. The manager, Candice, is personable, efficient and very flexible. When I couldn't decide what size unit I needed, she set me up with one. Of course, I discovered I needed a larger unit and she made the swap immediately. Nice people to deal with, best prices in the area, clean units. What more do you want? AAA+++

I rented a few days ago, finally had a chance to bring my things over. Some how my husband lost our code in the unit. I had to knock on the owners/managers door. It appeared I interuped dinner, but the woman was very nice and understanding. She went into the office and got us another copy of our code. No complaints other than priced a little high but for on call service its well worth it.

Found this Storage facility to be great in price. The first day I was very welcomed by a gentleman at the counter to get all of the paperwork in order and show me the units. On the day of my first items to be moved in which was in a down pour rain close to 8:20pm. At 8:50pm a lady came to us in a very rude manner threating us on be suspended if we were not out by 9pm. We were at the gate at 8:59pm and the gate wouldn't open photos were taken of the time. At 9:02 she then decided let us out of the facility. This women should be replaced and not represent the company if continuing to work in that manner towards customers.

if you need a clean, well kept storage unit for your things, use Mini U Storage in Woodbridge, VA. We live about 25 miles away but it was worth the drive to come out here and they have the best prices and quality. Such kind folks too.

We just moved in. So far so good but too early to rate very much.

Staff was short handed. people were very nice. Shortage of carts. our unit's door is out of alignment. facility id difficult to enter and poorly marked by signage. I was told new operating software was recently installed. Not my problem. Staff(new or part time) needed more training hours. get the bugs worked out of your system. All in all, nice people, nice facility, fees seemed competitive. Give staff the support they need to help your company thrive.
