Public Storage - Lorton - 8514 Telegraph Road

Easy to access place, close to my house, nice spaces. It's not small but not a huge storage complex either. It feels personal in a way, cozy if you like.

Need a space to move into with a good rate on short notice, and bam, we are here!

Easy in-person check-in. Super friendly staff member made process quick and easy. Storage unit was clean and conveniently located on the property.

The price was great and the place is very convenient to where we live. Our locker was easy to get to and unload our stuff.

This is the 2nd time using public storage, each time everyone has been very polite and helpful. The units have always been very clean. I feel my stored belongings are very safe. Great value. Great customer service.

The rep that helped me was fantastic. Very clean and suitable storage unit. The only downside is the gate closes at 9 pm.. it's possible the reduced times are because of Covid 19. Nevertheless it is a bit restrictive. Other than that, wonderful facility.

True professionals, Parrish and Ivan were a great team, even stayed late to make sure we could drop off our travel baggage on the last day of a cross country move.

I got a small storage place on rent at property # 08155. Ms Lena was very helpful in getting me the place on fair price for which i am appreciative. The storage is nice and clean with security and cameras and accessable 7 days a week which is awesome, if some more lightening could be arranged that would be great. I would in the future go for a bigger storage if the price is decent. Thank you Public storage and its associates for your help.

The process of moving in itself is a hassle, it was so great and to have someone who would make it a bit easier! The location manager, Lena, was very friendly and pleasant to work with. She graciously walked the extra mile to present me with different unites that met my needs and made the reservation in no time. Kudos to her on her professionalism and successful management to the facility! The facility is great and neat; the unit is clean and spacious with easy access to the street. Very easy to access and simple to start your lease and terminate it. The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean. Only thing I would suggest is possibly fixing the payment machine. When we paid for our original fees ($25) the machine ended up charging us 2 times, though the staff was extremely helpful in getting that money back to us by crediting our next months rent by $25. I would absolutely recommend this place again and again!

It is a great place, very well keep! Store number 08155. I went in to clear out my boxes and Lena was so helpful. She was polite, and was very knowledgeable about everything. I couldn't have had a better experience any where. I would recommend that any one to go to this public storage.

Quick, efficient, and courteous.

I do not remember the name of the lady who assisted us but she was very nice and helpful, she answered all of our questions and made sure we felt secure with picking the right storage room. I do apologize for not remembering her name, businesses need more people like her.
