Convenient location, maintained good condition.

Parking and entrance sucks as its on a very busy road thats hard to turn in/out of. There are no elevators for second floor units. Lighting inside of unit varies from bright and lit, to a dim can hardly see anything. Customer service manager Muneeb was throrough & explained everything very well

I rented the unit sight unseen, they said they had a elevator but lied. My unit is on the second floor, flight of stair had to move all my stuff there. The place is old and dirty.

Unit was hard to find. Online reservation said it had elevator access which it did not.

Place is clean and cheap. Bonnie (front desk) is very welcoming and helpful.

I rented a 2nd floor unit. The contract gave a code for entry and for the elevator, but i noticed AFTERWARDS that it said the code is for the elevator "if available." In fact, there is no elevator, only long stairs. We carried heavy furniture up the high stairs. No warning on any of the paperwork that there's no elevator. Who builds a 2-story storage unit without an elevator? Terrible planning. Then my standard lock did not fit because the door is misaligned so only a small lock would fit, They charge you $29 for a lock that costs about $10 in any store, and they put it on your contract, so you have to go to the office to decline the lock. No one was at the front desk when we arrived mid-day on a Sunday. I guess you get what you pay for. Not recommended, especially a second floor unit.

I was overall pleased with this facility the moment I walked in the door and was greeted warmly by Bonnie, the site manager. She was not only very friendly but extremely helpful. The process of renting my unit was quick and easy. I was given an incredible rate and when I went to my rented unit it was clean and staged for me to move my boxes in immediately. I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have asked for a better experience!

Price is good. Gated storage with security code. Self service

Everything was easy and quick. The property manager was very accommodating to my last minute request and needs.

The manager tommy was extremely helpful I planned on loading a container and he was able to assist me in getting the date I wanted even with someone having it booked he contacted them and got them to agree to working together, very good guy.

I rented a space a couple days ago and was helped by tommy, he was able to get me in the storage size I needed and I also didn't realize I had reserved a unit upstairs and he was able to switch that for me and the price was too big a difference like I expected it to be. Overall he was a big help and super polite. 5 stars!!!

The sign needs to have lights, at least the one on Richmond Highway, Lorton Va. To easy to pass it after sun goes down. Staff is great.

This is the third time I have used Public Storage. All have been at different locations, but I have received the same great service each time. I won't hesitate to use them again.

The location of Public Storage on Richmond Hwy works well for us. Having a drive-up storage unit is also very convenient, and the customer service is very good.
