The Public Storage on Old Bridge Rd was very clean and the staff was very professional. I rented a 10x10 unit. Although, the unit had some minor damage to the drywall, the unit was clean. Mr. Ali was very helpful, kind and courteous. Mr. Ali made the reservation process very smooth. My experience so far has been pleasant and I would recommend this facility.

The location is perfect and the lay out of the units is really nice. Very clean property and in the office is Lindsay and she will help you with all your needs very knowledgeable and helpful. My first time using a storage and I was all kind of worried but Lindsay really gave me Peace of Mind and I so happy.

Hi, I love the easy access and clean location and the staff there are helpful but I'm completely confused over the billing and invoicing. I set up auto-pay on my first day and yet I received an invoice via email with no due date, just the amount. I checked my account online and I see I'm set up for autopay in January but is that for the invoice I received or what? I'm confused. :-/
