Public Storage - Woodbridge - 13887 Smoketown Road

Was available immediately when needed. I had scheduled the delivery of some items that ended up coming a 2 weeks early. Called the public storage team and they were able to get me what I needed that day.

I was asked if I had a lock to put on the unit and I said yes. When I went to out the lick on the unit I noticed there wasnt anyway to lock it with a pad lock. The manager came out and said “oh you have to purchase a cylinder lock for the unit, there is one inside.” I noticed that other units had special plates that could be put on for pad locks. Fell like it was just another con to get more money.

Worst customer service at this location. The lock was rusty and broken. The manager did not help and was super rude. Told us to “wiggle” the lock with force to lock and unlock it. She said they can’t do anything else other than that. I would never recommend this to anyone in my friends or family.

Called to inquire of the rate change and Felicia was Johnny on the spot with what I needed to know and even put in a request for reduction on my behalf. Doesn't matter if I got the reduction. I just appreciate Felicia taking the time to work on my behalf! Thank you

I was very please with young man who helped me. I've never used storage before so he made everything easy and smooth. The only suggestion I have is to fix the cart used to bring in items to our storage is only has 3 wheels. But overall I was very satisfied.

James has excellent customer service! He most definitely cares about the facilty as well as the tenants. Unfortunately it is sad to see him leave. He was one of the best mangers to work there

So far, it has been a very good experience. My representative, Poonam, was very helpful and informative. She escorted me each time I needed to look at the unit I was to occupy, and explained everything very thoroughly. I have been working very hard at the unit, and have felt safe. I also like the fact that there is a restroom on site! The price of this unit is very good. I am very happy with this storage space.

They have great customer service skills. I have not complaints with the service. They have very easy access to there units. LOVE how there is a elevator to get to my unit, makes it so much easier. Instead of having to make 3 and 4 trips up and down flights of stairs your able to load up on a dolly all at once.

Shanobie was great in explaining everything during the rental process. She took her time to make sure I understood every section before signing. I felt the experience was great.
