Public Storage - Woodbridge - 14123 Jefferson Davis Highway

Facility is very old, ripped sides of storage, bad ceiling and no lighting in most of the vacant units to be rented. Maintenance need to respond fast to urgent requests, need to give more discounts for an old facility with no lights on like mine.

My only complaint is that I was not sent the gate codes in advance of move in. I called in advance and was assured that I should receive them prior to move in. I arrived before the office was open and was unable to speak to anyone. I did call the number and was able to get it through the automated system.

Nice. I think I chose the correct size, but customer service told me it is not a problem to change to another unit size if needed.

You provided a service that I wanted. The staff were very professional didn't ask stupid question. Was able to use storage as soon as I completed tour and signed paperwork

Over the memorial day weekend I obtained a storage space from Mr.Ever Guzman. He was professional, pleasant and walked me through the process. He explained everything to me and I am so grateful that he made my experience very pleasant and effortless. If your managers have the same dedication, attitude and presentation that he represents you should be commended. Kyle keeps the area very clean. Having this so close to our home of 27 years has made our "Empty Nester" downsizing and moving out of the area, much, much pleasant and less stressful.

Couldn't be better. This is my first experience renting a storage space and I was very satisfied with the service. The staff, Kyle checked me in, was courteous and professional. The facility has plenty of room between the rows.

This facility was so much better than any storage I have used in the past. It is very clean, the staff (I think the girls name was Chanovie?) was so nice, knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend this facility.

A friend told me this location was great and boy was she right!! I was helped by a lovely young lady I think her name was Shanobey, she was courteous and very helpful. I was in a bit of a bind when my apartment fell threw last minute and I needed storage ASAP.

Ever was very friendly, personable, and extremely helpful in explaining the process to me and helping me to know what size storage unit I needed. He was great about loading moving boxes in the car and suggesting other products I might need.
