I am new to storage renting and the property manager Shah was very kind and helpful when I arrived to move in. He assisted me with getting a unit, showed me how to get in and out and even stayed late to make sure I was accommodated. Sparkling clean facility, safe location with plenty of lights and the best customer service around.

The storage unit is reasonably priced. It is close to my apartment and meets my needs. I am moving from a former storage unit farther away and more costly. I have been four times to drop off items. The first two times. No problem. The 3rd visit was difficult. A very large truck was moving someone out. The movers had secured ALL of the available carts. It should be suggested that groups limit the number of carts; leave one for others, etc. Today when I arrived, a moving company had four carts. There were two other carts locked up on the wall with a chain. No one was in the office. No local number posted on the door for me to call about locked up carts. It was around 12 noon. While the price is good and the location is good, folks moving things in and out have not been given any guidelines on courtesy. Or, if they have, they ignore it. I move things myself in short trips as it works within my schedule. However, I know now that a cart is only available 50% or less of the time. I need to make it a point to bring a collapsible wagon in order to move quickly.

As soon I walk to Public Storage , I knew it would an amazing experience. The cleanliness of this place was immaculate. The welcoming employees made you feel just at home which made it essential for the environment. I enjoyed my stay and I would highly recommend anybody who visits this area to go and purchase a storage just for fun lol . Also the atmosphere of this place was so quiet and well outstanding it really grab my attention.

I had a quick intro and was on my way to moving in. The place is clean and has plenty of carts for assistance.

Not only a great deal, but so new & clean you could eat off the floor! It was a breeze to set up the contract and their customer service rep set up my passcode to my liking instead of some random numbers I would forget. It's located right off the highway so very easy access. I've already told several friends about my experience.

Outstanding customer service. I tore my brand new jacket on its first wear. Call you and you told to send it in. I did and few weeks later a sale rep called and sent ready replacement jacket (newer model) at no coat since my jacket was new. Love all my acerteryx gear:)

This is a new facility. I've used many storage companies before. This one is at the top of my list tied for #1. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The facility was clean and well kept. It's in a very central area and not a lot of traffic there which I love.
