Great location and easy to access. The price for the size is perfect. Only problems us I booked online, and sign all paperwork in person. Yet ,I didn't get my first onto free per the advertisement and notice.

I didn't know I would need a padlock, so I had to buy one there. Would have been nice to let people know they will need a padlock. They told me insurance is required, so I agreed to pay for it, only to be told by someone else that my homeowner's insurance covers it, and I can just show proof of insurance and save some money. It's just a couple of shady things where they don't tell you everything they could in order to trick you out of money. It IS very inexpensive, though. And the facility looked clean, so that is good.

The place is clean and well run, but as I said above, I rented a 15 foot apace for large items, but they won't fit on the elevators. So I was pretty well screwed on move-in day.

This is my second time using a storage facility, and I was pleasantly surprised with the ease with which we signed up and moved into our unit. The unit was immaculate, and the building is clean and well-lit. Climate control is great, so I know my stored items will be well-cared-for. It doesn't have 24-hour access, but the access hours are extensive and reasonable. There are several elevators to accommodate move-ins and move-outs. Most of the units are not directly accessible from the outside, but that's a minor issue given how we plan to use the unit. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the signup process was quick and easy. Highly recommended!
