the unit is fine however the driveway has sharp pitch and tight turn into the unit

Lisa was wonderful. Assisted me theforms price and unit. The first unit was not happy and immediately sent email to Lisa within short time she accompanied me with another unit and location. I was very satisfied with the new location and unit. I moved in over the weekend and the experience was satisfied. Thank you Lisa with your assistance.

I was given an assortment of available options from sizes to climate control or not, online or in person, and customer support was phenomenal! They were available to answer last minute questions and made the process manageable, all while staying in my price range :)

Friendly manager, she was responsive to questions and gave good advice. Feel like everything with our daughters belongings are safe and sound here while she is gone for her Air Force Basic Training! I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

The only downside is part of the ceiling is falling in the unit. Other than that 10/10 recommend.

I wasn't able to get the keys until right before closing and the woman stayed and didn't make me feel rushed. She also gave me other options to the unit I reserved that I didnt know about when booking.

I have a storage unit in with Store it all here in Barre. Just got it at the end of April. I ONLY gave them a full star because that woman who I got the unit from was polite and had at least a little compassion and tried to help me on Saturday morning - before the breakdown in communication happened as you will see below. I broke my phone moving.. So I tried to go in person and pay on 2 different days last week to pay. The car was out front of the office so I knew they were there. But, No one answered. Then on Friday (the first), the unit is locked. I wrote a note and put it in the door saying "I was here, check your cameras - I knocked and rang the doorbell when the suv was outside the office -with my wallet out, trying to pay (the suv being out front is important because when I got the unit I waited for the woman to arrive at the office and she was driving that suv, so I knew someone was there) So how do I pay? I need to get in the storage unit asap and I dont have a phone." I got an email Sat morning at 8am saying it is unlocked and she isnt there alot due to covid. That was it. I replied thanking them, apologizing for the tone in the note I left them and AGAIN asking how I should pay and if there was a time I could meet someone there. OR if I should email them my card info. No reply. Instead I go there after getting the email, and my unit is locked still. I write again Saturday and again Sunday. No reply and its still locked. I get an email back Monday morning saying it was locked at noon Saturday (after receiving and email at 8am Sat. saying it was unlocked??) and (here's the kicker) I could go online to pay. Are you kidding me? I know its not their fault I broke my phone, BUT- if they would have just told me that I could pay online Friday or Saturday I wouldn't be here writing this. But seriously? I could have gone online and paid all along? Why did no one tell me that sooner? Really poor communication and serious lack of care for their customers!

Reserved online but decided to upgrade on size when filling out paperwork, price barely changed so that was very nice. The woman at the office is very helpful with any questions and very friendly. Storage is easy to access and I definitely recommend!

We got a heated space for our stuff during a move from DC. It's a clean and friendly place!

It took me less than 5 minutes to register online for this service, and probably less than 5 minutes to get the paperwork done on location and get the key to my storage. The process is just simple and efficient. People will find different option according to their needs, but the amazing thing is that there are many locations so you'll probably get one which is very close to home. Great customer service!!!!

They had what I wanted and were able to help me right away. Lisa was helpful and unit was clean and well lit at night.

I was very pleased with the customer service. Unfortunately the 10x15 unit was not a unit but a parking spot. The woman at the site fixed it but it cost me a lot more than I was supposed to pay. I'm curious about how this can be fixed.

customer service is good. the units and stairs are not great. the storage unit is not clean. it is not safe due to there are mouse traps around. there is no ramp. stairs are not safe. its is on the hill. its difficult to get there.

There are some mouse traps because storage was built by wood. The mouse can make a hole of wood. Storage should use metal that would be safe. Metal is metal that can block mouse.

keep up the quality will use them again next summer

Great cheap and locations everywhere

The only problem is that there is not much room to get a moving truck in.

So far so good, all went well but floor was a little dirty.

So, overall, the manager was extremely patient and helpful. I was supposed to move in on May 10th, but as a college student during exams and without a car, things came up. They were willing to push my date back without trouble. Only small issue was that when I went to check in as the hours said 9-17 and I arrived at 1345 that the manager was out till 3. I can back and everything was fine, but when I went to my unit, the door was still locked. No big deal, but I'm extremely glad I didn't wait till the day of my flight and my phone waited to die till after I called them back.

Professional people, great price and convenient. The ONLY item I would consider changing-would be to make the turns, behind the storage unit-WIDER...so that people with less experience driving a U-HAUL can make the turns, may do so safely Sincerely, Charles Butterick

The doors to the facility were not locked and any animal or person had access to your belongings. I made sure that the doors were locked when I departed.

This is the 2nd time I have used Quarry Hill Storage because my first experience was totally positive.

So far from any center of activity that it was a nightmare to find helpers willing to travel there to help me unload my truck.

I overall have had a great experience. And I would recommend this facility to anyone.
