We were always kept up to date about our unit from the moment we booked it without ever meeting anyone face to face! The instructions from the gate access to paying online from miles away, has been very helpful! The price was great until a required charge for a lock was added to our total.. so that was a bummer but at least you get to keep it. The unit was clean and way higher than we expected! we got a 5X5 and still felt like we had plenty of space! Also very open road spaces to back in our class C RV & easily move the heavy stuff!

Online reservation, payment and move in went very smoothly. Unit and grounds were clean and well tended. Highly recommend for self storage.

The facility is well laid out. We love the size and cleanliness of the unit and the ease of access.

The people at main office are helpful and very polite people I would recommend there facilities to anyone. They are there to help and if you looking into a size they will show you one that size or close to it.

Nice storage space. Good access. Great Customer Service. But very high priced compared to several others in the area. I wish I had done more research before "panicking" and making this hasty decision. I found another local storage facility where I could have payed just over half as much as this per month, even with the 35% "discount". My only personal solution is going to be to quickly start selling my larger items; furniture,etc., and completely downsize. Just start my life over with my personal items. 64 years old, and now facing this. :-(

It was very easy access to the unit. However the road into the facility was very rough going but then again living in Vermont at this time of year, we understand. We were a bit surprised by the price of the unit and there are some definite every day upkeep things that need to be done to the facility.

the unit wasnt cleaned after last customer left. there was dirt and leaves in the unit.

I rented my unit while preparing to move from another state. 2 Days before my move a staffer called me to advise there would be a software change on my anticipated move in day that would prevent using the self serve kiosk. He helped me figure out a work around which allowed me to deal with storage quickly and leave me time to focus on other aspects of my move. The unit was a little more expensive then others in the area, but i like the limited access to the grounds and the extra security that provides for my possessions. I found the unit to be clean, and ready to use when I arrived. Can't ask for much more!
