I needed a temporary unit- 4 years ago! I have changed the contents over the years and it is so convenient. Easy access, friendly supportive staff ( I forgot how to get to my unit, LOL. I pay automatically no surprises good communication.

I was amazed at how clean, well organized, and well kept the facilities were. I liked the security cameras, Gates, etc. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a modern facility with bright lights excellent insulation and nice storage units. Best of all, the staff is very friendly and helpful!

The facility and office were both nice and clean. Price was reasonable and Sue was great. She took the time to explain everything really well while taking care of other customers. You can tell she is well liked by others that came in.

This was the best experience ever renting a storage unit.

My experience was outstanding. Communication was excellent. I was able to reserve a unit online and was quickly called by Jennifer who provided me instructions so I could be prepared to sign up and move in. The application process was quick and efficient and Jennifer gave detailed, easy-to-follow instructions for access to the unit. I'm a fan.

Very well kept. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

After making a few phone calls, it was clear to my husband and myself that we were going to stop by to see this facility. Upon entering the staff was businesslike and very tidy. We finished all of the paperwork in about 15 minutes. We were shown the storage unit and were on our way. Thank you for making the transition so easy and fast!

It is a nice space, well taken care of, people were professional and friendly. The ynits are in a heated facility so my precious items stay dry and protected from mold.

I was impressed with the layout and surprised at the low cost in comparison to other local units. The lady that helped me was great. An awesome security feature is the alarm system. It turns off when I use my code to enter and immediately turns on when I use it to leave. I love the place. Thanks

Looked clean i think it is a newer storage. The staff is friendly and got me set up quickly. I would recommend it the pricing was good.

Couldn't have asked for better service. My only issue is that the web site said 5% senior discount which I didn't get.

Really pleased with this storage facility and the staff. Only challenge is if you need to call them and they aren't available the phone transfers to another location and they answer and can't really help you, seems like a waste of everyone's time.

I booked my unit online and confirmed with the manager within 3 mins. When I signed for my storage unit I realized that I did not need the size I booked. The lady working was able to change me into a smaller unit without hesitation. The price is the best in town and the storage facility is clean at all times. I have already recommended this facility to many friends.

I made my reservation online. I received a confirmation phone call literally within 2 minutes of securing my storage unit. The staff was very nice and friendly. Upon showing up for "move in" my reservation was there and correct! The girl helping me was very nice and knowledgable. I think her name is Alyssa. She was willing to answer any questions I had and seemed very happy to do so. This has been a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends; and if it is convenient, I would definitely use this storage facility for future moves.

We only rented a 5 by 5 unit but the ceiling is extremely high so we were able to fit everything in. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and patient with us in answering all our questions. The facility is new and very clean. They provide your lock so that is convenient as well. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Online it advertised the free use of there truck, one of the many reason's I choose Lakeland storage. When I went to sign all the papers, I was told the truck required a 150.00 deposit up front. Which to me is not free. In the end I had to make other arrangements Other than the above issue, I really like the place. Thanks Lakeland Storage.
