Public Storage - Auburn - 1801 R Street SE

All the information came conveniently through email, and I was even given a few follow-up calls to make sure everything was in order, which I appreciated. Angel was very kind and helpful, which eased the concerns I had. There's some holes in the first layer of wall of the unit, but a second layer is behind it to prevent tampering. So, so far so good.

Needed a storage unit last minute for moving. Very fast online reservation and unit was available same day

I have never rented a storage space before so truly appreciate the helpful staff who walked me through each step of the way and gave tips on how to best store my valuable.s

Staff was very helpful both on the phone and on site. My unit was clean and tidy. Note that the units have walls between them but don't have a sealed ceiling so if other customers bring in dusty or smelly stuff it may end up in your unit. Online registration is fast but you have to opt into their insurance policy to complete it.

Move in was easy and unity was clean!

It would be great if the buildings were indicated with their alpha designation. I have had trouble finding my unit twice. It is frustrating when I stop and try my key and find that I am at the wrong building.

Wendy went beyond the job, she really makes customers feel well and get the person what they want and need.

The people at the Auburn public storage we're very nice and helpful. The only problem I had was when I went to put my stuff in the storage locker, there was no letters on the end of the buildings to tell me which one was mine. They need big letters at the end of the buildings so you can see when you drive through

Rick and Wendy where supper helpful at awnsering questions, helping get me into the right unit and helping me when I was ready to not need storage any more. If I need storage again I will come back as they where supper helpful and delightful. They have old fashion polite manners that need to make a come back with our society.

This public storage was the cleanest and the most well-kept storage facility I have ever seen.. I was pleasantly surprised..The staff was phenomenal(Ms.Wendy) she was Awesome!! Very helpful, patient and kind!! I highly recommend this public storage in Auburn you won't be disappointed.. super clean units great staff you can't beat that.

I have been using Auburn Public Storage off and on since 2000 the unit are clean & efficient. I've never had a problem with this location. Wendy at the Rst Public Storage has gone above and beyond to assist me in every way possible . She is always very polite , always positive & eager to help in any way possible. She has great customer service ! Thank You !

This is the best storage place I've ever used. Mostly because of the people running it! They are very customer orientated and super friendly. They really helped me find the right size and cost to meet my needs. The facility is clean and well managed. Great Place to go to for your storage needs!

Wendy was great!

Wendy was there when I went in. She was professional, kind and (because I had hurt my foot and was limping) she went out of her way to be considerate.

When I reserved the space, I was treated with professional and friendly attitude by Dan, the relief manager. It turned out I had to cancel the reservation so I did not use the space. My only complaint is that I paid for all of May, and did not get a refund when I cancelled on May 1st. Otherwise, a good experience.

We love this location. The site manager is so friendly and helpful. She got us into an storage unit quickly with out a reservation we didn't know what size we wanted and she didn't pressure us into getting anything she helped us figure out what was perfect for us
