So far so good with everything the unit was clean and ready for me to use. I also really like that I can open and close the gate using the public storage app. Everyone I talked to was nice and helpful and I was really surprised how nice and easy they made it for me.

This was the by far the easiest and stress free rental Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had. The outside drive up unit was clean. We went back 3 days later & rented a outside parking space for our trailer until we locate a new home. Thank you so much!!!

From the time I searched for storage to accessing the account was unbelievably quick. The communication from both the storage company and Sparefoot was prompt, easy to understand and accurate. It saved me from having to search for storage and helped me find the best location possible.

I have just gotten the unit so not sure about my response yet. there are a few things like there is no light in the unit if we still have it in winter it would be nice to have a light to see....The manager Adria was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Working with Adria is great - Called me when a right sized unit came available - got it - not problem. When I needed a place to store an RV - she called me right away. Just awesome - Parking an oversized vehicle in King County is a hard thing to do. Great to work with. Thanks for the best service!

Adria gave wonderful service when signing me up for my unit. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She took me on a tour of the place and made sure I understood everything in my contract. She gave me tips on how to properly store my items so that they would not receive any damage from the elements while in storage. This month my card was declined because I had received a replacement card from my bank. Adria took the time to contact me and remind me to update my information for payment so that I would not be late. Thank you Adria and Public Storage.
