Easy to find and like the lock . Unit great size

I like that it has security gates and code to get in. I like how very easy it was to get a storage space. Many options to choose from but I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t like to interact with people if I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have too and I liked how you provided a lock for the door but refunded the money if we decided on. Not wanting to keep it. The only thing I did not like was that my unit was dirty and had ants crawling in one area of the unit and it was just very dusty and lots of cobwebs or bird feathers which I have no clue how bird feathers ended up in the unit, maybe you get birds in the ventilation above the units? Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d have to sit there or come around more often to see why but overall simple easy going service and I want to ask is the security gates have extra security ? Like itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll electrocute you if you climb it?? I like that they are trying to make sure your stuff is safe. There are lots of homeless across the street that hang out just because I believe itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a shelter or resource center across the street. If you were to get an outside unit Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d say make sure to bring a broom and Im not sure who to complain to about the ants issue but I know they give this very detailed pamphlet with the lock inside the unit once you open it about everything you need to know and even helpful tips. Yes I would refer this storage place out to a friend and yes I would use it again if needed too.

You should work on access time from current 6am to 6pm to at least 6am to 8pm

Great experience with my rental

I really appreciate the quick and easy process but, over all, the kind attention that I received at the front desk from the lady that was there. It was really something that was more than I expected.

Break in to the unit by mine same day I moved in not gated and wasn't told until I already paid and signed contract bad in many ways already!I'll be moving again very soon!

My only problem is that it closes too early or I would of just drop none but 5 stars

Great job by my Agent! Had to reschedule my move in appointment 3 times due my issues. Agent was very accommodating to me. Started with a 10 x 10 unit and found this would not work. Moved up to a 10 x 15 unit that fit my needs with great rental rate.

Tiffany and Brittany are fabulous and treated us exceptionally well. We were made to feel welcome from the reservation to the move in, and beyond. The Auburn facility is clean, convenient, and safe. Just don't jack up the prices!

Office gals are great! Tour and set up was fast and easy But the availability hours to the storage leave much to be desired. Bank hours are for banks; not storage especially for working people.

Tiffany had a very professional demeanor, was very helpful, and made it easy for me to chose this location.

The Office Manager was excellent and had me assigned a storage unit in no time. I hadn't rented a storage unit before and Tiffany was very helpful.

Rick the manager is amazing! He's the best storage manager I've seen and I rented lots of storage units in the area and he's always helpful and accualy cares about their people And costumer service witch is key for communication and he called me with a friendly call asking how the move in was ! That's unheard of and now I made the right choice and will continue to rent from them and the facility is always clean and the atmosphere is perfect for me and my needs ! I definitely recommend them to everyone who needs storage !

Worked with Rick was very helpful and informative had me in and out with unit rented in a half an hour despite a busy office due to an auction
