Didn’t reserve my unit until 2 days before I needed it. Online was super easy to confirm, then going in and the front desk associate was helpful and showed me my unit the day before. Accessed it the day of in the late evening hours and had no problem getting into the building or getting into my unit. Only point of worry - While touring with FDA, we did see a rat scamper into a mechanical room…

Had a bit of trouble finding which gate to enter in front as the larger storage units are in a separate location than the smaller ones. After finding the unit, everything was super smooth. No face to face interaction required making the whole move very covid friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly reception I received when I first showed up for my appointment and I liked how thorough Rose was when she showed me the units, explained the size options, shared the monthly rental rates, gate access, security protocols and hours of accessibility. I was completely satisfied.

Update - I no longer needed my storage unit, and the close out process was just as pleasant as the rental! I'm not a review writer typically - but I had an appointment scheduled today and had opportunity to work with Joe and chatted with h Brittany. They were completely a highlight to my day. I went in with my nearly 16 mo old and they had the patience of saints. Baby A was rearranging bubble wrap, tape and even the chair. Joe entertained her, gave her paper to draw on and helped really make for a great experience. The unit was clean, accessible. They were detailed and we got a great first month deal by booking online. Moving and storage can be stressful enough as it is - having pleasant people to walk you through the process makes it just that much easier.
