Very Happy except for entrances. My unit is top floor, far north end of the building. The entrance is at the far SOUTH end of the building. The wide doors where the elevator is located is in the middle. Might make more sense to put a keycode on the MIDDLE door also. Very inconvenient.

The facilities storage units are fine. It is the welcome and the thoroughness of the woman who greeted me when I first showed up that was the most impressive. I don't recall her name, but she was prepared and friendly. Not what I've experienced with other storage facilities.

Online reservation to check in was really easy. Staff was friendly and made experience worth recommending to others.

Let me just start off by saying that I had my reservations about this process due to past experiences; however, Lauren at the Bellevue location not only gave me a wonderful deal but she also called to ensure my move went seamlessly. I also can't forget about Ryan for initially checking all locations for me as well. Professional employees like Lauren and Ryan will remain the reason as to why customers like myself and others will return to this location.

Anthony was awesome. He recommended the right size unit with a decent price. Reservations were easy, quick, and painless. Will suggest to all my family and friends.

Had a few questions about sizes, prices and policies. Lauren was very helpful and gave me a tour of the units available. She made sure I had enough space in the unit for what I have to store. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and famimy!

This site is CLEAN and SECURE! The staff is kind, respectful and helpful. Scott was able to get me all set up and showed me the unit to make sure it was the correct size. I feel confident my things in storage will be safe and well cared for at this location of Public Storage.
