Great location, just off the highway. Location has many cameras so pretty safe to store things and to know itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s been covered all around. The only downside is down the hill so getting out during winter would be a challenge.

Because we are Australians the check in was complicated. The woman who came online and helped was good though, so it was sorted in the end.

I was able to complete the process at my convenience not during business hours.

The location is very good and convenient, the staff are very enthusiastic, and patiently explain the problem

This was not the unit I reserved as well as being given the wrong building # and unit #. Movers were there while Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m paying them and we all tried to contactﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ NOT good. I would never recommend.

If you're only renting 1 unit for the first time, PS is great. I wanted to rent two units. When I reserved both units the site indicated they both qualified for the $1 for the first month promotion. When I arrived it turned out only 1 promotion per customer. 1). First hidden cost 2). Storage lock & 2 keys. $15 one time. They are needed, but I prefer to know up front. 3). Insurance for locker up to $15/ month for $5k insurance. Some renters or him insurance may cover it. Staff is great. Place is secure. 6AM to 9PM Access 7 days a week.

Staff was very helpful in finding storage that met my requirements. Tour of possible storage sites within storage area was conducted. Staff then helped put together a plan to reserve and then implement a storage contract to give me the site I needed.
