Set a move-in date. Loaded up my car and got to facility 1/2 hour after their stated morning office hours. When I arrived no one was there and sign said they were at the other location. When I arrived there,there were other people also trying to track someone down. No one was in that office either. I called the office number several times, leaving messages; nothing. I called the 888#, spoke to Danny who was as helpful as he could be; said someone would be there in 20 minutes. I gave them :30 and still no one showed. Waited more than 45 minutes. Also the box at gate says dial # for office but that too was useless. 3 hours later I was hearing from them. I would NOT recommend this place

Everything about this process, from booking, to checking in, to getting into my unit, was easy, straightforward, and extremely helpful. The booking agent, and customer service member at the storage place, were both pleasant, helpful, and had excellent customer service skills. The unit was clean and exactly what I needed. The unit price was the best around. The storage facility seems very secure, and I feel confident my experience here will be great for the duration. I highly recommend!
