Only problem is the app... it won't open the gate but my code works fine so no problem.

I like the cleanliness in the storage area. The price is a little high but other then that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a good place to store your trailer there

Friendly and courteous staff, easy to use

I want to start off by saying that the Property Manager " Belinda " was fantastic, she handled herself very professionally under what I consider to be an Awkward situation. I am not as pleased with Cooperate though, I moved reserved my unit on a Wed. and my issue with my account still has not been taken care of. seems to me that once you have the money, the customer is no longer important. This is why I probably wouldn't recommend your storage Co. to anyone.

Very accommodating and helpful staff, facility well maintained. From first call to move in all has been smooth.

My boyfriend and I were told that our storage would be $40 out the door with a lock. My card was charged a total of $74!! They did not tell us about having to have insurance on the unit and could not explain the rest of the bill! Also we asked if we used the public storage in a different town to transfer to if we would have to pay the fees to get a new unit. We were told no you have to pay again! This is ridiculous! You would think if they want business to return they would not do that! The women helping us was extremely rude and explained she has worked there for 20 years and she knew better than us. She told us the amount we were offered for the unit was never said and we were making it up! Not satisfied at all!!!!

Friendly staff who are quick to help, the units are a little pricy but they have discounts that help a little.

We reserved a unit online the night prior (which is a great feature because you get a few dollars off a month with the online rate) and then went in right when they opened and they were able to help us right away! I got to see what was available online before going in which helped me decide and be able to budget. The lady took us out to view the storage unit and the easily went over the paperwork with me. It was fast and easy and a very pleasant experience! They offered other products for packing such as boxes and tape which I thought was nice! Great place!

What a great experience! Belinda helped my fiancé and I with our first public storage in Bellingham. With being new to the area, we appreciated the kindness and knowledge that Belinda provided. She rocks!

Belinda was great and really helped me out! I needed storage last minute and other places around town were all booked and rushed me out the door. Public Storage was full too, but Belinda found a creative way to make it work. This place is great!

What a wonderful experience. Belinda and staff are amazing. You'll not find any place better. For the six and a half months I was there no problems at all. They take very good care of you. And the property is clean and tidy.

This is my second experience with Public Storage off of McCleod in Bellingham, WA. Belinda has been the best storage on sight manager and has been there for quite some time now. She is excellent at providing security, quick at any repairs to facility issues, problem resolution, quick draw for any and all supply needs. Each of my storage units were very clean, secure and I had peace of mind knowing she is on sight for added safety of my belongings. Megan her new assistant is very professional, personable and top notch at problem resolution following in the foot steps of her manager's training. They beat the competition hands down in customer service and security!

I appreciated the service I received after making an online reservation. I was called by Belinda the next day checking in and letting me know the office hours.

I reserved online but the day before move-in I realized my delivery would be before office hours so I would need into my storage unit sooner than expected. The property manager was so nice and helpful. She even gave my husband her cell phone number to call if he had any trouble finding the unit before office hours as he was the one coordinating the delivery. It went off without a hitch and now my stuff has a happy home!

This is the only facility chain to go to, in my opinion, for the trusted values that one seeks for in regard to storing their belongings. The facility is always clean. The service is always respectful and professional. The facilities always in working order and up to the highest standards. Whenever I look to store my most valuable belongings I look for the nearest Public Storage. Thank you for your services...

Excellent location, service, everything!

I've had a really great experience with these guys - they're helpful and friendly, and I was thankful to get the right size unit for my needs. Definitely recommend this place!

This is my first experience with Public Storage. I needed to store my car outside for three months while I travel overseas. I arrived at the opening time of 9:30 am sharp because I had a bus to catch to the airport less than an hour later -- at a bus stop I would have to walk to carrying my backpack and daypack about a mile away. Doable if everything got done promptly. However, a clock sign on the PS office door said "Be back at 10am." I started to panic. I wandered around the front of the site hoping to see somebody. No luck. Fortunately, she showed up about 20 minutes later in her truck from the back of the site... where she had been cleaning up the place. I explained to her my time issue and she did a great job of hurrying through the extensive paperwork. I still wasn't sure I'd make my bus, but then she compassionately offered to give me a ride in her truck to the bus stop. AWESOME! With deep appreciation, I took her offer. And everything worked out fine (just barely). Thank you for your fantastic beyond-the-usual help! :)

Everyone was extremely helpful in getting me the storage that I needed under the conditions that I was working in.

After researching price of units in the area, i found the best price by far with public storage. The unit was exactly as advertised and i am very happy with the customer service i have received.

Couldn't be more satisfied. I had an issue when navigating my reservation online and they called me within minutes before I even knew I had made an error. Easy check in and friendly service.
