Great customer service, quick check-in, very knowledgeable staff.

The process is simple and easy. The facility and equipment are dated and worn. Security into my "public shed" is not secure and the request to have it repaired "is in the system." Their words. Not mine. I will not being storing the rest of my home at this location.

Simple process but the price little on the high side

Very organized. Helped out expedient in a time of need. Able to save my belongings and valuables.

Amber and Cheri helped me today. They are just the most awesome employees... just love them. They showed me how to use my code... gave me a new card when I lost the first one...

Great experience and cannot say enough good stuff about Corey on the front line and his district manager Jason. After meeting Corey only once a month prior, we experienced some account issues from the corporate office side. I drove in to speak with someone on site and when I walked in, Corey recognized me right away and explained that he already noticed the glitch in our account was taking steps to fix it. Impressive indeed! Jason had his back all the way and was extremely responsive in all communications back to us. Location, price, and accessibility were also perfect. A top notch experience!
