StorQuest - Bothell / Bothell Everett

Brooke helped me a lot. She took me to look at the unit I reserved. It turned out to be a bit small. She found the a larger one right away, we did the paperwork and I was good to move in within half an hour overall. Unit and facility overall are clean. Two large elevators.

Connie at the front was extremely friendly knowledgeable and efficient. She knows her job well. The rates were the best in my area. Nice newer clean facility. Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s always extra fees that come in at the end. Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s irritating. They donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t inform you about the mandatory add ons like insurance and admin fees until the end. Theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re not optional. $26 moves you in turned into $60. Still better price and nicer than other storage facilities around.

I moved in before my scheduled reservation, and Jakob was great and super accommodating. The unit was nice and clean, and I was able to get in and out quickly with all of my stuff. This is a much better situation than my last and I appreciate all the help getting in quickly. Thank you so much!

In the past, I'd used a different company/facility, and I liked the cleanliness and climate control so much, I almost went with them again. However, StorQuest offers an identical space for about $20-$50 less. I mainly need a place to keep some appliances until I get approval to install them in my new apartment, but the price is so low, I might just keep other stuff here even once I move the appliances out.

Jacob was very helpful and very nice. It was the first time we use a a storage unit and it was really good experience. The prices are also pretty low and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s nice considering the great brand new condition of the place. 5 out of 5.

StorQuest in Bothell is the best storage facility because of the cleanliness, security, the covered loading area, and the affordable pricing. The customer service is exceptional! Madison worked with me to obtain the perfect size unit and pricing for my needs. She was friendly, efficient and a delight to work with. She explained everything clearly and answered my questions. She was flexible when I needed to reschedule my leasing appointment. I highly recommend this place.

Overall great experience so far. 4 star rating only because onsite dimensions of the storage unit were not specific to online dimensions which was a little disappointing, but we were able to fit everything we needed in to the storage space.

Madison was extremely helpful answering all of my questions. I was also shown 3 sizes of units available so that I could visualize the space that I needed. Very clean location with push carts to help with moving in/out!

Good customer service thus far. Convenient location for most in the neighborhood. Fair pricing that I hope won't increase as significant as other storage facilities, cause that would be disappointing. Very clean and well lit facility. Only complaint, was having to have autopay setup in order to have access past office hours. Seems unnecessary when the company has rights to the unit if someone doesn't pay.

I did not know what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. The manager helped me to choose the best unit, and she went over all details of access. I felt confident about this facility.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the location is clean and well maintained, and the only way this could have been a better experience is if they had actually unloaded the truck for me!

Great facility. Cleanliness is good and to top it the pricing is good. The customer service is excellent. They took us around the facility and explained the process.

This is a great storage facility

I needed storage quickly and was not disappointed. The employee walked us around the location and also made sure I was aware of how to get to where I needed in the building. I feel comfortable with how secure ghe building is as well. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend.

As we are new to this facility, I can only give a first impression review. All I can say is WOW! What a clean and bright facility. Spacious elevators and easy to navigate. The only concern would be the potential of congestion if a lot of people arrived at the same time. But for today, no issues. Overall, great central location, clean and bright, and a great value!

The facility is nice, we love the garage which allows for loading and unloading out of bad weather. Good customer service and helpful in finding a size. Our only complaint is that when we went to move in first load the floor was really dirty.
