I contacted facility's manager to let them know I wished to move out before having to pay another months rent. I am current on payment. I am denied access to get my things when I told them I wished to move out before next billing. Their excuse was because I was late leaving facility and only have access during office hours. I am un able to do that and only have time from 6pm till 9pm. So this will cause me to be charged again even though I asked to be allowed access till 9pm. Be wary of any facility that denies you access for any reason to keep your things so they can charge you again!! Thieves!!

The employees at this location are most awesome! They were very friendly and helpful with the process .Additionally the app is great and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s the most convenient process for the security gate. Having been in several different storage facilities over the last few years, I must say that this has been my best experience yet.

Inside was far different than other storage units I have had (this one is all plywood?) but it is true to size and inside. There are lots of security features so it makes me feel very safe! Price is higher but worth it for convenience and security.

Most storage facilities pro rate when you move in and they will pro rate if you move out in the middle of the month. But not you crooks.

Manager was very informative and helpful. Excellent salesman, if I was looking for a sales team member I would definitely want him on my team. Unit looks great. Only accessable from 930 to 630 is extremely unfair business practice when advertising full accessibility, if the gate is not fixed VERY soon we will probably file a civil claim for compensation after our stay. The owner should be more responsible tham to allow this. Security camera at entrance is pointed at the ground, maybe it is to see plates on entry and exit, but it sure looks like it just stares at the ground.

I took off a day from work to locate a storage unit to temporarily move my piano. Anthony called me shortly after the facility open about the online reservation I had made. The online application reserved an upstairs unit for me which was not going to work. Anthony resolved the issue. He was friendly, courteous and professional at all times. It was a pleasure working with him.

Upon booking, our storage unit was clean, spacious, and reasonably priced. Ray was super helpful and friendly throughout the process. He went over a variety of options with us and even explored other locations that would have been a lot more convenient for us, if they weren't completely booked. Thanks for the great service. Nice and friendly staff but they lost some paperwork. I was called 2 days after check in and told that they needed the paperwork ASAP, that was very inconvenient, I had already relocated.

Public storage has the best prices in our area, and promotional offers in general. Moving blankets are priced really well. Staff has been very helpful. Site seems very secure and clean. My only problem thus far is that the site closes at 9pm. I have wanted to move things late to get it done and not been able to. Overall though it has been a good experience.

The Public storage facility I am using is clean and economical. They are business like and pleasant. The unit has easy access and seems quite secure. The only drawback is that a few of the times, the attendant has not been in the office for a lengthy time. Otherwise, I will continue to keep my stuff there when I need a place to keep it.

Visited rental site in Bremerton, WA for a short term rental. Unfortunately nothing was available at that site at a reasonable price. The employee (originally from New Zealand) found what I was looking for at another rental site and reserved it for me. Not only did he reserve it, he confirmed it by calling the other site. I would highly recommend Public Storage to anyone in the Bremerton area.
