Very smooth and easy experience from the reservation on-line to completing the transaction with Savannah on-site. The Property Manager explained every nuance of our agreement in detail and answered clearly and professionally all questions. In and out within 30 minutes including a facilities tour. Couldn't ask for more.

I made my reservation on line, drove two miles to Public Storage, The lady behind the counter said she would be right with me, she was making a phone call, seconds later my cell phone rang, it was Margo calling about my reservation, that is customer service at it's best.

excellent customer service & great location (right off Highway 3 in West Bremerton)

My experience with the staff person on duty was exceptional. Although she was a trainee and working alone she made every effort to ensure that I my booking was taken care of satisfactorily. I would recommend Public Storage just based on the, staff, ease of transaction, pricing, and storage access. I would take some points away however due to the facility depreciation and amenities. The interior walls between units are thin plywood possibly presenting a security risk and while there was a light fixture there was no light bulb in the unit and the staff explained to me that the electrical was not working on that block and the units have no heating. The personal business is great but I would suggest some structural improvements to the facility.

HIDDEN FEES! The call center failed to mention 2 hidden fees. 19.99 for a lock that is yours to keep but is useless anywhere but their unit doors, and insurance ranging from $11-15 per month, both are required in order to rent here. After the fees, it would have been cheaper to get a unit somewhere else.The girl in the office was fantastic though, it wasn't her fault the call center failed to mention the hidden fees.

I have needed to use public storage in 2 different emergency situations. Both times I was satisfied and always got the help I needed from the employees. RAY really went out of his way above and beyond to help us in time of need, and I felt that my belongings were in a good place.

I went in to pay my sister's bill who stores at a different location and was helped by Ray. This guy is awesome. He has helped my sister with her unit and always has an answer or solution to any issue. If you need storage. This is the place to be.

I was in the public storage facility in Bremerton at 4505 Auto center way seeing about getting a storage unit. Very impressed with the level of customer service I received. I was helped by Rich Clark who was very knowledgeable on the facility and helpful with my needs. Would highly recommend storing at this storage location.

Fair, easy, and acceptable rental process

Every time I move, and I don't have house to move into, I always store my household goods at Public Storage, cause moving can get expensive, so the amount that Public Storage Rents are affordable.
