I just started renting from your facility. First impressions were good. I was helped through the process, all my silly questions were answered and the process went smoothly to get me into my unit

This storage facility is clean and taken care of and organized. If you have any questions they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have a problem to answer them and when you get to your unit a padlock ready for you. The unit of mine is cheaper of what I pay at public storage before. I recommend it to anyone specially with the deals online.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had multiple storage units but this one by far is the best. The lady who helped me get started was super helpful and nice.

great facility. they provide a free lock for your unit when you move in and there was a rolling flatbed cart at the entrance of the building you can use to move stuff to your unit if it doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have outdoor floor access. clean, sturdy, gate with access code at front of the facility, as well as doors with access code on the storage buildings. automatic doors as well so you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to hold/prop a door open while you struggle to get inside. just all around good design

Skip the office altogether and sign up online via text or email link for your unit. Employees prefer that (give only that option) because internet is not good in the office. Seems like a poor business model but process is still simple and easy in signing up online. Overall very clean which is appreciated and still set up for contactless move-in.

The move in process was extremely east. They provide a free lock for you to keep. Very clean facility

I booked at this location because of a storage unit shortage in Kitsap County. It is a 35min drive from my home, so it wouldn't have been my first choice. The price was ideal with the 50% off the first 3 months, which is hard to pass up! :) The unit had not been swept out, but nothing I was too worried about so I rated it average of 3 stars. The Customer Service was average rating as well, because the contact over there, Dani, was less than friendly both over the phone and in person. I understand and have noticed that due to the conditions of the world as we know it, customer service has gone down hill at many local businesses. I'm sure it is related to stress and employee shortage, but I would appreciate a smile and kinder tone. I reserved this unit on Saturday 1/8/22, in order to unload our items that day. After speaking to Dani over the phone to confirm hours of operation being until 6PM and arranging access to my unit, I made my way over to the location. I arrived at 5:30PM that evening to find that unfortunately, the office was closed and I had wasted over an hour of travel/gas. This was disappointing as I was on a tight schedule, with much more to accomplish with our move. Being that the hours on Sunday were opening at 11am, this really prolonged a day of moving and unloading. Upon arrival Sunday to arrange access, I was informed that the office closed early 1/8/22 due to an emergency. What I would've appreciated was a courtesy call to let me know prior to making the trip down. I would've completed the check-in process online, but was informed that the online check-in processor was down. This will not hinder my recommendation of this facility, as it is well secured and an overall great location. I would just ask that the customer service give a little more effort to new/current customers, as they themselves are often in "emergency" situations that include deadlines of having access to storage to meet their own needs at the time.

This storage facility is well maintained and feels very secure. The facility is climate controlled and looks clean. Move-in was very easy. Kris was very welcoming and helpful.

Staff was very helpful. We determined we needed a larger unit and Chris was able to move use up hassle free with no unexpected fees. Even waived the admin fee because we never actually moved into the original unit. Facility is exceptionally clean, and we organized. Even with a 3rd floor unit the freight elevator makes moving in a breeze.

I got a storage unit here about a week ago and the whole process was super easy! The team is super helpful and on top of everything. The prices are unbeatable! Super clean and super secure storage center.

Very nice storage facility that offers the use of their moving truck for free you just replace the gas. Prices are very good and customer service gets a 10 from me.
