Great place for secure storage. Great people. Access to a moving truck. They make it as convenient as possible for you to move your stuff to whichever unit you are renting. Access till 10 PM. Awesome!

I got half off but only when I told them I was going to go with another company because someone else reserved the truck and they were going to make me pay on top of no discount so she honored it once she saw it online with the other company. The customer service is awesome but I will say the restroom in there stinks but thats probably every storage place. The storage units and hallways are very clean! Im glad I went with them.

Loved the use of the truck. Website might be configured to show all fees including the mandatory insurance and any other costs to help people better compare a storages price. Most the storage places don't do this on their webpages.. at least not clearly.

Arrived on a Sunday morning. The Customer Service was wonderful and very helpful. Everything went smoothly, especially after a long drive from California. Our family unloaded the truck and we were done within one and half hours!

From the first contact to the last with these very wonderful people, I was made to feel that my business was appreciated and that they were there to be of true service. There was a genuine desire to help, and with a very modern facility and the features offered, help indeed was rendered. What made me decide to give my business to this company was, besides the very friendly and helpful staff, all the features offered by this storage business. Especially attractive was the rental price / sq ft and having the use of a moving truck. Many, many thanks to both Sunny and Terie, weekday and weekend managers, who made this moving experience a great one!!

We kept our stuff at Downtown Everett Storage for four months and we believe it was a good choice. If I had to get a get a storage unit again, I'd go back to them. Our unit was at the McDougal location near the baseball stadium. The facility is new, and the hallways and units were very clean. We were able to get in and out easily, using our codes. And both the move-in and move-out went smoothly there. The people who work there are kind folks, too. If you've got only a tiny amount of stuff available and you're willing to put up with a busier and dirtier place you can probably fetch a cheaper price elsewhere. But our price comparisons revealed things even out when you go to larger-sized units. For our storage size needs, we found that the prices at Downtown Storage were very competitive -- not to mention at a nicer and more secure place than the alternatives.
