My dad has been with self storage for a while now a couple years. And he's really like them so I figured I'd give it a go. Got a deal it was a little steep but for the location of the storage facility it is very good location all fence they have climate controlled units good security cameras and the owners live right there on the property so there's always 24/7 surveillance. I recommend self storage to all of my friends and anybody looking for a good storage unit. Sincerely.

The unit is very tidy. The hallway is clean well lighted, and have a couple of shelves. Customer service was great, Craig and Michelle. Definitely recommends to my friends.

Personable and friendly. Check in was easy and upgrading to a larger unit went reasonably well. A rolling cart provided,helped, and moved a vehicle to enable our multiple cars to unload more easily.

I chose People's Storage for convenience and cost of storing my travel van in a secure outside lot. The front office managers have been very kind and shown me every consideration. The price is very reasonable, additionally I took advantage of the senior discount! I recommend People's Storage if you need this service.

Really happy to actually get a call with confirmation of online reservation made on a unit. That doesn’t happen often. Friendly, fast, efficient and descriptive. Well appreciated. Units were dark but relatively clean and acceptable for my needs.

Location, location, location, this describes why I chose Peoples Storage. Also the photographs showed that it wasn't all high rise so I could easily load and unload items from my truck. There is vehicle storage in addition to climate controlled and regular storage units. I chose the climate controlled because for my items it was the best choice. Check out Peoples Storage just north of Everett Mall on Broadway.

We had some special circumstances and needed some guidance. All our questions were answered and we received our quote and reservation quickly. we arrived and moved in without hassle. Our only suggestions might be for better signage. Our building was a little difficult to find at first because the markings were clear but once we located it we had no problems.

The details include false information including no moving truck according to the staff, much less free... Although others have said they were offered one if the many parked moving trucks on the side of the lot. My unit wasn't actually climate controlled nor was it on the 1st floor like the listing states. The unit itself is true to size (I got a 5x10), somewhat dirty (spider webs, cracks in outer walls into interior, occasional dead bug, etc.) and more of an outside building with long inner halls of spaces. Gate access is 6a-9p everyday of the year. The staff wasn't super friendly but the signing process was very pleasing sbd straight forwards- done within about 10 minutes- no hidden fees/admin or required insurance charges which is hard to find. Overall, can't beat the prices on their unit sizes in the area and it'll do the job if you're willing to tape/seal everything tightly or have a couple cob webs. I don't regret taking the price over a nicer interior easier to access unit that would be almost double what they charge.

Overall not a bad place so far. Clean and secure. Would have like to have seen some first time renters discounts and a move in truck available. However the price for the unit I got is good so it may compensate for the lack of discounts. The move in truck would have been nice, not everyone has a vehicle big enough to move their stuff.

I called around Seattle, Shoreline, and Everett storage companies and found out most charge $50-80/mo for 5'x5' plus move in admin fee, monthly insurance, and One time lock few. Before going in, I decided to call first. I was told they don't charge any admin fee and give me 50% off first months rent. The whole move in cost me $52 and I pay $62/mo thereafter which is a good deal for 5'x5'x10'. Security looks outstanding and hours for storage access is best I found 7 days a week 5am-11pm. Customer service was prompt, got me setup under 10 minutes. So far I definitely recommend this company. I actually took time writing this review which is my first time eating anything which tells you of my opinion of this Everett storage so far.

My son and I had rode on the back of the golf cart to the storage unit we had a blast going to looking at the unit and ended up getting the unit after we had spent all day hunting for a storage at the price that we could afford and this was a great ending to a long day

The people at this place are friendly, but they advertised a 19 foot outdoor spot for an RV/car ($70), which is not what we got. We actually got a super crowded spot, about 10 feet long, wedged behind an old truck with other run down vehicles with only about 1-2 inches between us and all of them. It was difficult to park! I didn't have much choice to leave it there, so I am grateful to have had that for the first month of moving here, but I found something else ASAP! When I picked it up, I noticed that there was already mold growing inside the camper on the bed and it's only been there for a month! Most of the vehicles in this small junk yard are disintegrating into a heap of green slime, which seems to be worse at this particular location than any other I've seen in the area. Perhaps it's because it seems to be in/on a ravine and the interstate is right beside it. I don't know! I just know that this outside area leaves an immediate BAD impression and doesn't look safe or secure. The fence, which runs along the interstate, is only about 4 feet tall. The indoor storage might be fine (I don't know), but I don't recommend this at all for outside storage.
