Clean and friendly service easy access

Excellent Customer Service! I got exactly what I needed and at an excellent price! It's always clean! The facility including the unit, was immaculate! I feel safe there! I feel my items I've stored there are safe as well! Excellent security! Cameras placed throughout facility! It's well lit! There's a security gate that requires pincode for access! Each building requires pincode for access as well!

Great staff who are helpful and courteous for both my storage and p.o. box needs.

The facility is clean and is heated. I like that you can get access 365 days no matter the holiday. Other places are closed on holidays which is odd since nobody is there at night no matter what day it is. Anyway that is a plus. Andrew was very polite and helpful.

I had reserved a unit online for $82. When we stopped by to do the paperwork etc we found out the only access was by STAIRS...and apparently quite a few. Can't imagine being OK with having to climb stairs to get to your storage unit. Anyway we got a different unit and yes the price was higher. Just over $20 higher. Otherwise all went well and Andrew was very helpful getting us set. I really like the street signs throughout. Thank You.

I have a 10' × 10' unit that is pretty full

The front desk gentleman's name is escaping me at the moment (i.e. moving brain), but he was extremely helpful and courteous.

Like that I was able to use truck for free to move in....great benefit to renters! Building is very clean and employees are friendly.

Mr. Leroy was incredibly personable. He gave me a nice tie of the facility and made me feel extremely welcome to be there. He also went above and beyond to let me use the truck on my moving day (same day I went in) as the truck was already scheduled to be in use that day and throughout the weekend. The person scheduled that day had to cancel, and I was informed immediately that I could use the truck. It was wonderful customer service.

Leeroy helped me get checked in and showed me the unit and was as friendly as they get. I was moving into a new home and had to put some stuff in storage and he helped make a usually tedious and stressful process much easier.

Previous experience was fine. Rented again, even though there are other brands closer to my need.

Premier Storage in Everett is brand-new, really clean and organized storage facility. They have the newer keys on the storage doors, which means that your old storage lock may not fit with what they have, but you can purchase the lock at the location when you check-in. Everything was quick and smooth, except there was a misalignment between the offer posted on Sparefoot and Premier Storage. I received a deal of 50% off First Month of Storage on Sparefoot, but the manager told me that that deal is on selective units, and not on mine. When I showed the confirmation screen on my phone I received, indicating that my unit was promoted as having the deal, he quickly told me that he will honor the promotion by applying the 50% off deal on the 2nd month of the rent. This was fine with us since we are staying with them for a while, but may be of a problem for someone who is seeking to stay in the storage for only a month.

I really like this facility. I have rented units before and this one tops them all. Fair price as well.

This place was the cheapest I've found for a 5x5 facility. It's clean and modern looking and the security seems pretty good.

The price for climate controlled storage can't be beat.Very friendly and helpful staff.

Check in was easy and thoroughly explained. Very clean, new facility with carts and elevators. Multiple loading bays so no waiting, even had clean rest rooms. Very nice storage facility.

I really liked the friendly help in getting started. They have equipment that works well for getting stuff in and out of your unit. The units are clean, the hallways are wide and clean. It feels like a place I am not afraid to go into or leave my belongings in. Highly recommend for anyone needed additional storage.

Online website was a bit vague on what you got for what price but attendant quickly noted that herself and explained details. Restroom are handy and general facilities very nice as should be for a new complex.

I had U-Haul on 99 before happy and good Idea of mine to move to Premiere storage. It's as perfect as you can get as far as Storage usage..

Leroy was the person that set us up when we got there. He was funny and friendly as well as informative. We've used a few different storage services but this one stuck out on our tour for a few reasons. The unit has lighting in it, there are bathrooms, and it felt like it had climate control NOT just claim that it does. The location is great and the fact that it's brand new was nice. They have a unique touch as far as using local street names to help locate your unit. You also receive a swipe card for entering the gate and building! Love this place.

I don't have a lot of experience with storage units but this one is very clean well run and secure. I am very happy

By far the best storage rental place I have ever used. Super clean, covered area to load and unload, Elevator, wide hallways, use of several flat carts to help with moving, nice truck to use without any hassles Other places make you feel like they want to nickel and dime you to death. This place makes you feel like you got the best deal in town! No admin. fee, streamlined and amazing customer service! Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

It was very quick and easy to get the unit. The manager has added some helpful navigation aids to help getting around the hallways, which can be confusing. Clean, well-lit, and the price compares favorably with other heated units.

great customer service and i love that you had water there because i was so thirsty moving in the sun and im glad you had a bathroom right there as well when my uncle needed it he's elderly. it's been a great experience so far.

Very good rate with a long term commitment. Better than the one month free short term. Free use of their truck was extremely helpful. Very clean facility and a very friendly and helpful staff.

I was very upset when I arrived to the facility and NOTHING I was told during my reservation process was correct!! I even called the facility to verify everything after making the reservation just to make sure it was all true and they agreed with the reservation desk!! Then when I got there everything was different!! I was very upset but had to stay there because it was the plans I had already made!! This place needs to get everyone on the same page so customers do not feel lied to and scammed when they get there!!

My unit was about half the price of my previous unit at another location. The paper work was easy and well explained. I would recommend this site to a friend in a heart beat!

We have been more than impressed with Premier Storage for our short-term storage needs. They had the space we needed at a price we were looking for. The front desk staff was more than accommodating, very professional, and answered any questions we had. We don't anticipate needing our unit for very long (just in the middle of a move), but if I ever need storage space again, I would return to Premier.

Leroy was the person we dealt with, he was warm, friendly, and welcoming. He was very knowledgeable. We had a great experience.
