Walked in to friendly staff who helped me get situated right away! Brian helped me find the perfect storage unit and size and I was able to use it right away! The facility is secured and monitored, so I feel safe storing my things and accessing them.

I had a great experience here. I was feeling frustrated trying to book my space online, not knowing how much space I would need, and I stopped in for help. Kim kindly walked me through the process, while maintaining social distancing, in a short amount of time and through much laughter, I was able to get the correct size of unit and get my classroom surplus items stored safely.

All of your employees at this location are friendly and knowledgeable, but especially Mary!

The customer service here is first rate. Mary and Ellie were a huge help and went out of their way to treat us like humans, not just faceless customers. The facility is clean and well maintained. My only suggestion would be to get more of the orange carts--but even with them being difficult to come by, Mary still found us one on a busy day with a lot of people moving in and out. Oh, and get a soft drink vending machine, for the employees as much as the customers. :-)
