Public Storage - Everett - 9011 Evergreen Way

Staff was rude, didn't care about my needs as a customer, they were incredibly unfair and ridiculous with their treatment and ripped me off and stole my money and found a way to get to keep a bunch of my stuff! Employees yelled at me and people that were there to help me. They were profiling me and judging me without knowing anything about me!

easy to change payment card for auto pay . had easy access to my unit. Staff friendly. My sister is a returning customer from 3 yrs ago.

Easy to sign up online and vry easy process

I had used this storage facility previously and created issues at check in but attendant was gracious in helping me enter correct info. 5 ГўВ­ВђГЇВёВЏ

The unit was ready as expected and the facility manager was very helpful and informative.

We moved in a day later than planned and ended up needing help, the front desk lady was happily ready to help and she was really nice.

The facility is convenient and affordable. The staff there has been very friendly and helpful. The whole area is well maintained. It's very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend it to others.

2nd day in unit and I have a padlock overlock. I am now moving between 3 facilities. What a nightmare

Could use more cameras

I made an online reservation for 24 hour access unit and then was contacted by Public Storage to set up an appointment to do paperwork. When I showed up to that appointment they told me that they had given my reserved unit to someone else who had shown up first. I ended up getting a bigger unit for cheaper, but it isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t 24 hour access which was the whole point of the unit that I originally reserved.

My experience with Jordan was phenomenal. Never once has an employee provided such great customer service, and I've been a frequent Public Storage customer for many years. He provided me with an overview of the policies and safety precautions of the property which I had never known of before. I honestly feel as though my items are safe at my new storage unit.

After receiving a text that they had what i was looking for they reserved it immediately. When I arrived I was greeted and quickly processed after being shown the unit. They had everything I needed from moisture removers to boxes. I was able to complete everything much faster than I imagined thank you Mary you were a true professional.

Sure wish we could have found you for our old storage...just nice for both parties to comprehend the whole conversation at SAME TIME!!??????????????????????

Great Customer Service as usual. I came back to rent after first using Public Storage a few years ago. I was able to find a great location in between where I'm moving from and to.

Easy move in, affordable, friendly.

Always have had excellent service. Yor staff is friendly and helpfull with my storage needs. The only problem I have is the rent keeps going up. Have had sometimes 3 units at 1 time. Am running 2 now and the 10 by 10 has gone up. For ppl that have units for a long period time,always pay on time. There rent shouldn't increase. Thank u

if the closing business hour is at 9:30 would be better. Also will be even better if pricing details information stated out on the site like insurance , lock fee. etc. So wouldnt felt hidden and suprise at the site when you are making a payment.

I am a loyal customer! I have rented from Public Storage numerous times, in California and Washington. I love how easy the rental process is and how clean the facilities are. If you are looking for storage that is convenient and trustworthy I highly recommend.

Josie and Laura are amazing. They helped me find the best storage unit for my belongings and were so kind through everything. Answered every question I had with no hesitation.

I just recently had the most wonderful experience with Josie , she is very knowledgeable and efficient and made the whole process go smoothly and quickly, she not only took care of me, but at the time she also respectfully handled all of her other duties at the same time, she was handling phone calls, my questions, the paperwork process...a maintenance persons questions and other current customers needing service, she was completely calm and collected and multitasked with 100% accuracy and dedication and hands down probably one of the most genuine and honest people I have ever had the pleasure to meet... Thank you so much for the amazing day I ended up having all day because Josie took the time to show how true customer service is supposed to be, she went above and beyond 100% customer care and satisfaction... Laura is super friendly! Great customer service. I went in on my lunch break and was in a rush to get back to work and she made the appointment fast & was able to get back to work before my lunch was over. Definitely will recommend this Public Storage facility!??????

The manager Amber was wonderful and my experience so far has been great. They take great pride and great care of their facility. I received a great rate on the 1st month rent with their move in promotion. They took care of everything and made it easy for me to store all of my household and garage items.

Using Public Storage is a good Idea. But be sure to take your belongings before the end of the agreement. They will charge you out of the ass and hold your property hostage.
