Public Storage - Everett - 9830 Evergreen Way

Monthly price I was quoted and signed is not at all what it's gonna cost me to rent a tin room smaller than my coat closet. Although the lady that was helping me that came from another location was the ONE and ONLY reason I still went through with the unit. I'm a single mom of two that had to leave with my girls with no time to spare and not knowing we will end up. This women deserves her own store. Just being understanding and having compassion alone id drive extra hour if there more employees or people in the world like her. God bless

This was my first experience with the storage. But I didn't get any notifications for the insurance issue. There were no option and I should join only 1 company, 1 service. That was not quite great, anyway I just enrolled.

The public storage that we ultimately picked is wonderful.

When I was shown the unit I ended up leasing, I commented "Oh, good; it has a light" upon noticing the ceiling fixture with pull cord. But when I went to move in the next day, the cord broke and the light was rendered useless. The attendant took a copy of my key and said they'd get it fixed. When I went in today, the clerk said "That size unit doesn't normally have a light; I don't know why there was even a bulb in it, because it doesn't work." When I told her that one of the reasons I took that unit over a less-expensive one was because of the light, she told me the manager had told her that "the light in the alley will shine in if the door is open." This is unacceptable. If there is a light fixture in a unit it is natural to expect that said fixture will be maintained in functional condition.

Larry has been awesome to work with! I do model homes and this is the second unit I have rented at this facility. He is very helpful!

Clean safe storage location easily accessed from the highway. Staff are helpful and keen.

I just wanted to say that Cindee, one of the office personnel in that location, was very understanding of my situation and knew that I have been a long time customer with Public Storage. She has given great customer service by advising me to see if there was a rate adjustment/discount that i could get for being a customer since 2006 and with having more than one storage in the time since then. She is awesome!! I have been under hardship and today was a great turning point for me. Thank you so much for being there!!!!

I came in needing a storage unit immediately, and though I insisted that I'd done the research online and knew what I needed, the manager took me to a couple of units so I could get a better feel. The process was so easy and accomodating, and I walked out with keys 30 minutes later. Thank you for making it so simple!!

Excellent office personnel! (Mostly) clean lockers and driveways, and good supplies of boxes, padding (like bubble wrap), tape, dehumidifiers, and anything else you might need for storing your stuff.

I was satisfied with the experience. The office personnel was helpful and upbeat.

We only needed storage for a little over a month. There were no games. First month was an internet deal of $1 plus $22 admin fee. The rest of the second month was just a pro-rated amount. Good deal, helpful people, easy access.
