Customer service: no complaints, they were friendly and very helpful The time it took for me to find a storage unit to me moving in was less than 24 hours: surprisingly impressed, thanks sparefoot! Price: fortunately for myself I got holiday deals Too early to really say if I would recommend this to any friends or family

I have been paying $80. A month for a 5+5 at another storage in Everett and I have been mis-treated by the owner so unbelievably bad that I would probably use them if I had the money to do so! But I can get almost 3 units for that price at smart stop storage!!! Incredible!!! I'm so happy I found this place and can't wait to tell everyone I love about them and their amazing affordable prices!! Thank you so much smart stop u are saving me a fortune!!

I have dealt with plenty of storage places and all though the guy checking me in was new he stayed late to make sure I got all checked in and that my code worked. He didnt leave until everything was secure.
