I had trouble finding somewhere that would be the right price and the right size for what I needed to store but when I was directed to smart stop I found it all. The staff is awesome and very fun and the property is huge and easy to access. Ots a great place to have the stuff you have valuable to you stay safe!

I'm behind on my payments So there was a gray cloud over my head coming into the facility to see my balanc I will be honest I was not looking forward to it. Johnathon was there to greet me with the most genuine kindness and was understanding, not at all like Past experiences with other Storage facilities. Kindness is paramount at this facility. customer service all Star Johnathon thanks for brightening my day. I recommend Smartstop 1000%

Not a lot of room to move around in in the hallways. And not all that confident with their statement of being climate controlled.

He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He even transferred me to another run it when he noticed that the door on my unit wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t working well which I actually didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even notice. He was truthful and he does an excellent job with his work.

It was a good price and fit my needs. The lady that helped me (I think her name was Deidra) was great. I had to move my appointment time around several times and she was very accommodating.
