Great service, super clean, great price

While searching for a storage unit, my criteria was a reasonable price and close to where I live. Storage quest me both of those needs. Customer service was great when I went into check out the unit and to pay. Moving in was easy and with auto pay I have access to my stuff until 9 PM. I definitely would recommend this storage unit.

Your salesman at the counter was quick and efficient. I really liked the cleanliness and all the carts available.

Spoke to someone on the phone and he finished the process. Jesse at the storage company helped me alot.

I gave 4.5 stars for Jessie's great customer service. Jesse is friendly,accommodatingand helpful. I also like that the facility is new and affordable.One thing that I don't like was that there was no right turn on Trestle road. I had to drive around to get to the place.

Staff was very nice! Move in was easy. The place is clean and well organized. My sister rents a unit here and I can see why. :)

whole building is very clean, easily accessible even on the second floor. spacious elevators and secure building.

Jesse was on point with all of the processes. He was super efficient and very thorough, making sure that I understood all of the paperwork and procedures. I will definitely recommend this facility.

So helpful. Walked thru the process including logging in via the security pad, found an initial problem and corrected before I left. Very special service.

I was promised and told I would have a drive up to storage 10 x 10, but then I get to the storage bldg and the storage worker said that wasnt true and I got a shed far away , me floors up , take an elevator and go through 2 doors with a passcode every time . Annoying.

Very clean and a great tour with info on the special lock.

Staff was very helpful. Building is new, very clean. Security is great. Prices are the lowest of the 20 places I called.

It location easy access friendly service. I see myself keeping my things toward here for the long haul.

The only draw back to this business is the location off of WA-204. If you live across the highway, you have to go the long way around because you cannot turn left against traffic to enter the business park. Hopefully the state will find a way to make that possible in the future. Other than that, it's a great facility.

I am so glad I found this storage place. It's clean and happy there.......not totally dingy and depressing like some other locations I have looked at. They have nice restrooms for us to use which is so convenient - I don't have to leave in a big hurry if I just need to go to the bathroom. Melinda was very friendly and accommodating in helping me choose my unit. I looked at more than one unit of the same size just to see if I liked one better than the other for the smallest of reasons. The security meets my standards and the walls go to the ceiling so no one can jump over a wall into your unit like some other units I have rented elsewhere. Overall I am really happy with StorQuest Lake Stevens.

I just moved in, so nothing to report yet. Move in was uneventful, I brought my own lock.

Melinda was great in explaining details about the storage units /facility and even gave the grand tour of the place.

Had belongings there for 4 days before removing them due to change of plans. Had paid for 3 months, was never told at outset that advance payment is non refundable. So I paid well over $100 for 4 days. Angry and disgusted

We are Everett locals who needed a little extra space. The Lake Stevenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s StorQuest is easy to access. The facility is clean and Melinda, the assistant manager was wonderful at getting everything set-up. The call center you first go through was also great in answering questions and getting the notification of interest sent to Melinda who called to set up the firs appointment. The facility itself is easy to navigate. The carts and loading docks are easily accessible. It is exceptionally clean. Definitely recommend this storage space!

This is my first storage unit ever! The assistant manager Melinda is so amazing and kind. She makes sure to engage with people if they are waiting to speak to her in the lobby and always has a positive attitude and demeanor about her. She made this experience so amazing for me. She took me on a tour of the whole facility and made sure that I was happy with my storage unit and if not we would go find another one. She explained everything in detail and made sure that I was happy with everything. Overall the most amazing customer service and experience I have ever had.

Who knew a storage facility would be this grand. I was amazed to see how wonderful this place was. Big tall glass windows and a lot of shiny chrome. The carts are even great. Then, when I got to my unit I couldn't believe what I saw. My unit was clean, well ventilated for climate control and the perfect size. I came in dreary and very down. By the time I walked in to the time I left April made me smile. She actually made the experience fun and I laughed so hard. I even forgot my mom passed away for a short second and that is why I'm here. I highly recommend to rent storage at StoQuest and ask for April. She will make your rental smooth and easy.

Easily the cleanest and well kept storage facility I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Extreme secure and well lit, there’s no dark corners or “seedy alleys” and it is built for comfort. The elevator is roomy and steady, no jolts or shaky movements. There are multiple bathrooms provided for customer use and they are always clean and fresh smelling, a very rare thing for storage facilities. The service we received was absolutely fantastic! The office lady gave us a tour and was incredibly helpful answering every question and doing her absolute best to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend this place to family, friends, or strangers. I am extremely happy with our choice and intend to co to use storing with Storquest for the foreseeable future.

Woman working there was very nice and explained everything throughly and even pointed out nearest bathrooms to my unit. Getting a storage unit should be pretty simple and she made it simple.
