Storage Court - Monroe

Staff was friendly and helpful. My RV spot had been encroached by the renter next to me and it was very difficult to park my trailer.

Storage Court of Monroe, made our move much simpler when it came moving our items from one storage place to another.

The woman who initially met me, then took me out to see the unit the man working behind the counter really went out of their way to find the solution that worked for me. I was very impressed. If I had a company, I'd hire them both on a second! Also liked that they have everything there to take care of your needs - locks & insurance are what I needed, but I noticed they had other things available also.

Renting a parking spot for small camper trailer. Seems clean and as secure as any other storage facility I've used before. Live security camera footage plays in a loop o. TV in lobby, and a couple times it says camera disconnected... that worries me a bit and of all the different camera angles I never saw good visual of my trailer's spot.

I have nothing g bad to say, I'm truly satisfied with my my experience

Lisa, in the office, was one of the BEST customer service reps I've dealt with. She was amazingly considerate and helpful with a friendly and respectful manner.

Great customer service! Pricing very good. Unit was supposed to be inside but ended out side. They do have radiant heat.

overall it was a quick rental process

We were looking for a place to store our houshold for a few months while we travel but wanted something clean & secure. I was blown away with the great service and personality of Lisa. She was so helpful and made the process painless. So far so good in the cleanliness department. No problems with mold or pest.

I really appreciated the diagrams that showed various items in the units and what they could hold. It made it easy to choose which one I needed. Thank you!!

the 5'x5' space is not really 5' x 5'. I had my stuff measured down to the inch and was disappointed with the actual size....several inches short on both sides, and the inside support braces cause even more loss if you are stacking stuff.... very clean and it looks secure also wish we could access the restrooms via a code after office ours....it's a long drive....

This is a top-notch storage facility. I like the ground level double door, climate controlled space.
