Great service! Brian is very friendly. I was able to get into my unit with no issues.

They have been great to work with and very helpful when I needed it. The paperwork literally took less than 10 minutes, and Shelby and Brian have been very helpful every time I need something and have to go into the office. The Units are clean and easily accessible, and a huge upgrade over the other storage units that I have used in the past. Would definitely recommend this facility!

They were awesome and fast and very efficient

I had booked a reservation for a unit. Which i was promtly contacted about. I arrived and everything went smoothly. The only issue i would have is they dont mention that you have to pay 2 additional fees (insurance and lock) upon signing the contract. Like i can understand that this is preaty standard but they could have the pricing for both included in the advertisedment along with the unit prices where it says you have to pay a one time administration fee

Very affordable storage units and great costumer service

The move-in experience had some confusing and frustrating moments but overall this place is clean and affordable and they seem to keep up with methods to prevent theft.

Until this facility steps up on their facilities management,and security features,I would not recommend this place. I'm hopeful the new mgmt will get their facilities to what it once was, they have a lot of work ahead of them Too many break-ins and the employees say sorry. But do nothing or make excuses. The employees that work the 800 number have always been helpful. They were not rude if I accidently stayed past the access time. If there is a problem however, all you get is the generic "sorry, without any emotional or meaningful empathy. Read your paper work closely. Especially on insurance coverage. My friend had water damage caused by poor facilities MGMT, and it was a joke. Pretty much you pay to have your stuff stored, you do not pay to keep it secured. Or safe apparently and when you sign your name in the paperwork you are pretty much stating this company is not responsible. (Even if they can't seem to keep entrance/exit doors and gates in proper working order. Unfunny joke.

Communication was wonderful. From time of arrival to oprning the unit took less than 10 minutes. Very pleased with security, cleanliness, and integrity.

Life Storage #8250 in Federal Way, WA is a very nice and clean storage facility. I'm also very pleased with the store associate (Hillary). She is very kind and was very helpful in getting me signed up. I'm happy to recommend this facility. Thanks Hillary!
