My transaction was pretty seamless. I received a call from the storage facilities customer service, did everything prior to arriving and when I got there was shown my unit. Very good experience.

When my former storage facility raised their prices again on me, I found Federal Way Supreme Storage had the best pricing. Alex was very helpful and I appreciated all that he did for me. Being a senior I was very glad he found me a unit near the door so I did not have haul my belongings a long way down the corridors!

I chose this location mainly for price, but was pleasantly surprised to see how nice staff is and how well facility is kept. The check in was fairly quick and painless. I will recommend this place to others

Move in was really easy and quick, and front desk is super friendly. He had a couple different things going on and was helping multiple people but didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t make us feel rushed or ignored. Super nice and weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re happy we picked to have a unit here!

I signed up online and when I came to the storage unit it was so easy to do my paperwork and get my lock. They showed me where my unit was and it was so easy to load my things into the unit with the help of the rollers.

This place is brand new so I'm never worried about spiders or bugs. Lol they are very helpful as well and I've never had any problems accessing my unit. I had my purse stolen and they drilled my lock off me for free because I had just had my account drained which was so helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

Federal Way Supreme Self Storage is a brand new, super clean facility. It is very conveniently located on Pacific Highway. Contactless online rental process was very easy. The layout of my unit and the roll up door allow me to utilize every single inch of storage space.
