Online prices are better than in person it was a great price to start with

Hopefully this facility won't be jacking the price up like the previous facility of the same company did over time.

This place is outstanding, the customer service was excellent the manager was super nice and helpful. The price is amazing. If u looking for storage unit youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve come to the right place.

Place was alright. The turns are TIGHT and the lockers are overpriced in my opinion. Staff was phenomenal.

Liz has gone above and beyond in my eyes to make sure i have what i need and that my move in was smooth and easy. thank you so much public storage and especially Liz for being so easy on me during this time!!

Bring your own cylinder locker because the facility over charge - a cheap made cylinder locker for $19 - this is too much!

My overall rating of Public Storage was basically a 5. The representative, Steven was very helpful and informative and was able to answer most of my questions. However, since everything is confirmed on line, even, obtaining copies of the contract, signing etc. it would be very helpful to customers to actually have a copy of the contract in a protective covering in the office to read before agreeing and signing understanding of what you read..You actually read everything once it is sent to you through e-mail. It is best to be able to read with clarity before signing anything. Respectfully, Jackie

MY EXPERIENCE WITH PUBLIC STORAGE WAS OUTSTANDING

This Public Storage location is convenient in location. You will enter the doors to a clean and uncluttered store. The staff are personable and professional!! Michelle was awesome at quickly identifying my storage needs and getting me into a storage unit that fit perfectly for my things and my budget. Both salespersons were professional and very helpful. I would reccomend this location to friends and family!!!

The service was fast and friendly. Britney quickly got my paperwork together, explained things well while showing me a couple storage units, the second one worked out perfectly and I was on my way.

Celeste & Tina were ABSOLUTELY fantastic to work with. Very helpful, knowledgeable, great sense humor and even stayed late to get me taken care of! Excellent customer service and just a pleasure to work with. Thanks ladies for taking care of us! Also have to comment that Omar in the Reservation Center was fantastic to work with as well. So this is the best customer service I've ever had. Tina, Brittany and Sarah completely helped me when I had to pack my stuff up and have movers come while I was out of state. I was so stressed and they dealt with my many calls and constant worrying. They were patient went above and beyond for my situation. These women deserve employees of the month and some raises! They are awesome at their job and this one of the most stressful moves I've done so far and they made it effortless. So happy I picked them for my storage. Trusted them with all my important belongings and memories and they came through. Way to go! ????????????????????????

Customer service at this location was fine though the rep needs additional training. I was frustrated by the insurance coverage. As I was told I had to purchase thru public storage despite stating I had sufficient coverage through my personal property insurance. I had to seek reimbursement after proving this. After a visit to my insurance company for proof, a call to the storage office and also a visit to another PS this has still not been resolved. Way too much of my time has been spent in an attempt to rectify this and simply not be paying twice for the same thing every month. Oh, and the other PS informed me all I needed was to write decline on the form and I would have been good to go from the start

This was my second time to use a storage and I loved the attention to details by Sophie and Cameron. It started with a call reminding me that I had set an appointment for the following day. Changing the day was not a problem. When I arrived I found Cameron and he started the process, and when it was time for him to break for lunch, the switch to Sophie was unbelievable. It seemed like I was talking to the same person. Both of them worked well together and knew their job and they offered excellent service. I would recommend this place to anyone. The place is very clean.

Genuinely helpful, candid and personable manager. The company's rules are inflexible, the gate hours are limited (9 p.m.).
