Very easy experience renting a storage unit online and moving into unit without having to go into the office. Instructions and codes were easy to understand and I had no problem moving into unit on agreed day. I am not against dealing with actual people to rent a storage unit, I don’t want to replace humans but this was very easy and took hall the time it would have taken to do in person.

It was quick and easy to start renting. The lady was really friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that the gutter above my unit had a hole and dent in it so it leaked on us the entire time we were loading it up. Water was carried into the unit on totes, our feet, and our bodies. We returned today with towels to dry out the unit. I let the gal in the office know about the damaged gutter.

The staff person Alex was so good. Friendly and Professional. Unit is clean and safe. But PLEASE don't entice folks in the door with $1 for first month and then its $80 out the door. Suggestion, tell folks to bring a lock :)

Your rates are very attractive. The unit I was given to rent seems to be dry and tidy and well suited to my needs. Jeannie, the onsite staff lady, is very nice and efficient. The security cameras and gate security seems to be functional and in good working order. I don't have any complaints, I think this is a well run storage site.

I got the storage unit based on price. I was surprised by the awesome customer service by Teuila. I made my reservation online and she called me moments after I completed my reservation. She made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth move.

Awesome storage with good security and access hours 6am-9pm. Cyndi was very helpful during the move-in and move-out process and assisted in items we needed for moving (tape, boxes, mattress bags, etc). Recommend to anyone looking for affordable and secure storage!
