Mariam is just great and this extends to the entire working staff, top down. I had discrepancies upon arrival for my unit and was listened to and intelligibly sorted out. I am enjoying my rental

I prepaid for a unit in march and went to move my things into storage on 3 seperate occasions over 2 months and was met with no attendant or manager to speak of for my gate keycode and access. Ive disputed the horrible lack of service twice and will not be coming back to the shit-show that ensues.

Working with the staff has been fairly easy, the building feels secure and the hours are reasonable. I've had occasional difficulty getting someone on the phone, and recently when the security system had an outage I wasn't informed of it, which led to me wasting a lot of time trying to get to my unit with my code. An email to customers would have been warranted in that case, in my opinion.

Signing up was quick. I was impressed with the front agent he was fast getting all my paperwork done and assigning me to a unit so I can start moving things in. 5 stars for him. Vacating was a headache and time wasted. I give 3 stars bc of my time spent on the phone repeatedly just to vacate. 2 weeks before my billing cycle starts I called and spoke to a female I will vacate end of month 30th. The same day storage manager called back to confirm if I was vacating and to inform the office the day I vacate. I vacate the 29th no one was at the office. Where is the customer service when I need it? I called spoke to a female, and she said I will receive an email about my vacate, but no email. I called back and spoke to Jose. He said he would inform the manager that I vacated. 10 minutes before the close time I called the office again, Same girl answered the phone and said she didn't know how to send a confirmation email to me lol. I had to call 4xs and went by the office at 3 pm no one was in the office. Vacating the unit was stressful making 4 calls like going through the pentagon secret service. Other storage is very easy to vacate
